Personality

In keeping with his comrades in the Heavenly Ninja Party, Bullet is sure of his own skill and willingly bands together with other Ninja Village graduates to raise their chances against Flash. He loathes the swordsman for razing the Village, a resentment that betrays how much he still honors the place despite the harsh training it subjected him to.

History

Bullet came out of the ninth graduating class, called Composure, before signing on with the Heavenly Ninja Party. He appears with the group to pressure Sonic into helping them track down Flash and Blast. Once Sonic draws Flash into a forest and the two begin to fight, the party reemerges to finish the swordsman, striking at both men only to fall short. Blast then steps in, scatters the ninjas, and teleports them to Saitama, who has already beaten the Ninja Village leader. Bullet watches Blast and Empty Void put down Byakko and Genbu, and, impressed by Saitama, joins the party's attempt to recruit him as a master before settling for shadowing him after the refusal.
