Toupee Warrior is a C-Class hero ranked 83rd who resents the name the Hero Association pinned on him. He belongs to the Hero Name Victims Association, a bloc of heroes fed up with their titles, and he would rather be called the Gold Kneed Warrior.
The most striking thing about Toupee Warrior is the enormous mane crowning his head, widely taken to be a wig. His wardrobe runs to a sweater covered in zig-zag lines from top to bottom, worn over a pair of shorts.
Little has been revealed about the man behind the hair, but his grievance is clear enough. He cannot stand the nickname the Hero Association handed him, and he is ready to help arrange and back protests so that his objection gets heard.
Marching under the banner of the Hero Name Victims Association, Toupee Warrior turns up at the group's headquarters in A-City, where the members bring Saitama into the fold by pointing to his own name as the silliest in all of A-Class. The disgruntled heroes later regroup with Saitama, pressing a placard of demands and slogans into his hands before heading for the edge of A-City to stage their rally. The demonstration never gets going, cut short by an alarm warning that five Dragon-level monsters have surfaced at once.
When Mirror appears at Hero Association Headquarters, Toupee Warrior charges in alongside the rest of the association and Saitama to put down the announced threat. The heroes reach the scene just ahead of Saitama and throw themselves at Mirror, only to be swatted aside and driven into retreat. Saitama arrives during the withdrawal and destroys Mirror with a single strike after the robot enrages him by using his hero name, leaving Toupee Warrior to see firsthand just how strong the bald hero is. As a low-ranked C-Class fighter he is not much of a combatant, relying on close-quarters brawling and favoring his legs for striking.
