Mechanics
In the printed version the Amazoness Quartet spy on the two heroines through a mirror and read their minds, learning that one yearns for adulthood while the other wishes for childhood, even as each grumbles about the drawbacks of her own age. PallaPalla times the casting to the moment the Guardians revert to their civilian selves, and their ages are already swapped once the change finishes, with no further effect beyond the altered bodies. The animated take, from episode 158, has her overhear the same argument during a fight and grant both wishes by joining her hands, parting them at the fingers while her wrists stay pressed together, then twisting them to flip the two ages.
