Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss is Eternal Sailor Moon's potent moonlight technique, channeled through her Eternal Tiare. It surfaces in the manga, the 90s anime, Crystal, and the musicals, serving both to heal and to destroy.
Once Usagi reaches her Eternal form, she gains this powerful moonlight technique, worked through the Eternal Tiare. It runs across the manga, the classic anime, Crystal, and the stage productions, and it later branches into stronger forms such as the duo Double Therapy Kiss and, in different continuities, the Silver Moon Crystal Power variants.
In the print and Crystal tellings, Usagi asks her allies to pour their strength into the Tiare; the guardians awaken their Sailor Crystals and Tuxedo Mask unseals his Golden Crystal, and the pooled power fuels the blast. In the anime the Tiare flashes into being amid pink light, spins rapidly as rainbow streams pour from its crystal, and she guides it overhead before calling the attack and sending waves of pink light at the target. When the target is a Phage, a rush of feathers accompanies the light, and the Phage cries out before returning to human form.
Eternal Sailor Moon is the wielder. In the Dream arc she used the gathered power of her friends to obliterate Queen Nehelenia and lift the Dead Moon's curse. Through the Stars arc she turned it on Shadow Galactica, its last outing coming in Galactica Palace where Eternal Sailor Venus blocked it, mocked the Silver Crystal's apparent weakness, and answered with Galactica Planet Attack. In the anime's Dead Moon arc she destroyed a Mirror Paredri with it, and Chibi Chibi later helped it grow into Silver Moon Crystal Power Kiss.
