This healing move built on moonlight first arrived in episode 187, when Chibi Chibi grasped the Eternal Tiare and lifted its curative strength onto a far higher level. It became the more potent successor to Sailor Moon's earlier restorative attack.

To ready the technique, Eternal Sailor Moon called forth the Holy Moon Chalice and fixed it onto the tip of the Eternal Tiare, forging the Moon Power Tiare and sharply boosting its output. She would then speak the full name, and on the closing word she raised the Tiare, which loosed golden rays of light at whatever she faced.

Eternal Sailor Moon is the only user. She most often turned it on Phages to change them back into people, well above the reach of the weaker Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss. Episode 194 revealed its harsher edge when it wrecked one of Sailor Tin Nyanko's Galactica Bracelets. Its last outing came the following episode against Sailor Galaxia, called out simply as Silver Moon Crystal Power, yet it barely touched her. The manga carries a parallel move named Silver Moon Crystal Power Therapy Kiss.
