Yoshiki Usui is a celebrated fashion designer who features in a single SuperS episode. Fish Eye of the Amazon Trio zeroes in on him as a possible keeper of the Dream Mirror that hides Pegasus, and moves in disguised as his newest muse.
Usui is a well-known designer who heads his own label, surrounded by the assistants and models of his studio.
A creative slump has left him doubting himself as the story opens. He is agreeable and quick to welcome fresh inspiration, readily saying yes when Usagi asks for a wedding dress and warming to Fish Eye's company as a muse, only to grow disillusioned once he sees how far his work has drifted.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Mired in a dry spell, Usui perks up after Usagi requests a wedding gown and he enjoys her company enough to agree. Fish Eye then catches his eye as an ideal model for a women's line, despite being a man. Fish Eye proves vain and difficult, grating on the studio's staff and splitting Usui from his lead assistant. When Usui realizes how absurd the fish-themed designs have become, his confidence sinks further and he confronts Fish Eye, who pulls out his Dream Mirror only to reveal no Pegasus inside. Rescued by the Guardians, Usui reconciles with his assistant, takes fresh inspiration from their short skirts to launch a miniskirt line, and designs a wedding dress worn by a model whose hair recalls Usagi's. He is the only one of Fish Eye's marks the villain never approaches in drag, and the second character in the franchise to bear the name Yoshiki, after the botanist from Sailor Moon S.
