The Moon Kaleido Scope is the Dream-arc weapon Helios grants Super Sailor Moon, paired with a smaller Chibi Moon Kaleido Scope for Super Sailor Chibi Moon. Both channel the finishing attack Moon Gorgeous Meditation against the monstrous Lemures of the Dead Moon Circus.
Introduced during the Dream storyline of the manga, the 90s anime, and Sailor Moon Crystal, this weapon comes in two matching forms, one for Super Sailor Moon and a slightly smaller twin for Super Sailor Chibi Moon. Helios is the one who bestows them, and their shared role is to power the attack Moon Gorgeous Meditation against the Lemures.
In the manga and Crystal, the pair begins as ordinary glass kaleidoscopes that Mamoru buys for Usagi and Chibiusa on April 1st after the two beg for them. The following day the girls face Lemures with no weapons at hand, so Helios, called through Twinkle Yell, awakens the toys into true arms. The kaleidoscopes carry souls of their own, introduce themselves out of affection for the girls who adored them, and instruct them to unleash Moon Gorgeous Meditation. That is the single moment they speak in the manga, and in Sailor Moon Eternal Helios talks in their place. As weapons they keep their glass kaleidoscope bodies but gain new tops and ornate winged handles, making this the only weapon in the series whose material is ever stated.
Super Sailor Moon and Super Sailor Chibi Moon are the two wielders. The 90s anime handles the item differently, treating it as a pink scepter that upgrades the Spiral Heart Moon Rod and looks nothing like a kaleidoscope. Chibi Moon had no such weapon during the SuperS season, though in the SuperS movie she gains a smaller copy out of nowhere, and together the pair fire an intensified Moon Gorgeous Meditation that wipes out Queen Badiane and her Black Dream Hole in a single stroke. By the final season the weapon gives way to the Eternal Tiare. Various dubs and printings gave it other names, from the Cloverway dub's Energy Rainbow Moon Wand and Kaleidomoonscope to the Mixx manga's Moon Kaleido Scope.

In the manga and Crystal, the kaleidoscopes started as ordinary glass toys Mamoru bought for Usagi and Chibiusa, which Helios later awakened into weapons when the girls faced Lemures unarmed.
In the 90s anime, the weapon takes the form of a pink scepter that upgrades the Spiral Heart Moon Rod rather than resembling an actual kaleidoscope.
The Moon Kaleido Scope is eventually upgraded to the Eternal Tiare later in the story.
