History

For several months Tanaka works the custodial post at Seishin High before he suddenly assaults Ogata one night in an alley, while Taishi Fura and Arima look on. The pair first take him for the ghoul Lantern, though that proves wrong. As Tanaka boasts about himself, Arima draws his quinque and announces that he is a ghoul investigator, a revelation that stuns Tanaka moments before Arima kills him and his corpse is cleared away. His koukaku kagune forms a single hefty tentacle, loosely echoing Uruka Minami's bikaku, but it stands no chance against Arima's Yukimura 1/3.
