Cream Starter

Cream Starter is wielded by Hot Pants in Steel Ball Run, and it looks like nothing more than a handheld spray can, tinted light brown in color pages. It is a bound, artificial Stand whose range hardly matters, keeping its power intact across any distance and even between dimensions, which is why Funny Valentine can hand one to Johnny for use on his horse's throat. Much like Emperor or Beach Boy, it serves as a plain tool and weapon, and unusually it can be seen and operated by anyone at all, even people with no Stand of their own.

The can's core function is to expel flesh as a soft, cream-like substance that then firms back into solid tissue. Hot Pants fuels it either with her own flesh or with flesh she absorbs by touching someone directly, though very small uses need no fuel at all, and the spray can carry tens of meters when required. Wherever the sprayed flesh lands on a person, it fuses with them, and the effect depends entirely on her intent.

Turned solid inside a target, it can plug airways and cover eyes to suffocate and blind. It can instead rot a body on contact, which is how Ringo Roadagain loses a hand. Aimed at an ally, it knits wounds shut and forces out foreign objects to heal them. Sprayed over a face, it becomes a workable flesh mask that lets the wearer perfectly impersonate another person and simply peel the disguise off afterward. She can also lace it with chemicals such as a sleeping drug, or embed her own flesh inside a victim to control their body, as she does to rupture Mike O.'s throat.

Hot Pants can go further and render her entire body into spray fuel, turning fluid enough to squeeze through narrow gaps and slip into a guarded residence, or detach a part like a hand and spray it off to strike from an unexpected angle. The drawback is that any pain a detached piece suffers travels straight back to her.

Hot Pants is the primary user, a disguised agent who relies on Cream Starter for combat, healing, and impersonation alike. Because the can works for anyone, Funny Valentine is also able to pass one to Johnny Joestar, who uses it on his horse.
