Horus

Horus answers to Pet Shop and appears during Stardust Crusaders. It seldom detaches into its full shape, usually staying fused to its master's body. When it does emerge on its own, it looks like a hulking skeletal beast crowned with the head of a pterosaur. Numerous limbs end in bird-like claws, with six little arms sprouting from its torso and several pairs of legs below, lending it the look of a spider or a centipede.

Coloring shifts by medium: an icy blue tone with yellow eyes in the tinted manga, and grey with red eyes in the anime. The Stand holds no personality of its own. Its name and design draw on Horus, the Egyptian sky deity.

Horus is an ice-based Stand whose ranged strikes, matched to Pet Shop's speed and flight as a falcon, make him a frightening opponent. Its central power is cryokinesis, generating ice in huge amounts and at rapid speed. It can raise blocks heavy enough to flatten a car and pull the surrounding temperature down sharply even in Egypt's dry heat, while damp surroundings unlock its true efficiency.

Offensively, it shapes icicles that launch toward a mark like driven missiles, usually formed some distance from Pet Shop, though he can also grow shards inside his own beak for a close strike. The same ice builds walls and blocks to pen an enemy in or simply freezes everything nearby to trap a target. Pet Shop further uses it defensively, sealing over his wounds to stop the bleeding, and coats his talons with ice to make them more dangerous.

Pet Shop, the hawk guarding the approach to DIO, is the only user. His aerial mobility combined with Horus's ranged ice attacks lets him ambush and kill intruders, including a man carrying sensitive information about DIO's whereabouts.
