Little Feet is the Stand of the assassin Formaggio in Vento Aureo, a power his own teammates dismiss as worthless. With a slash of its long, blade-like finger it makes a target slowly shrink, and Formaggio's cunning use of that single trick turns it into a genuine threat even against stronger Stand users.
Little Feet is a mostly robotic humanoid, its neck, upper arms, wrists, and torso wrapped in dark rubbery segments while its head and shoulders wear armor studded with bolts. Its fingers look ordinary apart from the index, which forms a long, slightly curved blade far longer than the rest. Bulbous, iris-less eyes sit above pronounced cheekbones and a wide, grated grin. The design takes after the robot XB2 from Enki Bilal's graphic novels.
Its raw stats are unremarkable beyond its speed and durability, and its shrinking power drew sneers from Formaggio's colleagues in La Squadra Esecuzioni. Even so, its quickness let it swat away a hail of Aerosmith's bullets, and its blade finger cuts through tough rubber with ease.
The Stand shrinks any person or object it cuts with that sharp index finger. A slashed target dwindles steadily over time, taking their clothing, whatever they carry, and their own Stand down with them, and the process runs no matter how far away Little Feet has moved. Formaggio reckons it would take several minutes to reduce someone of Narancia's height to a few centimeters, and as a victim shrinks, their Stand's power fades until it can no longer harm him. Abandoned items stop shrinking once dropped.
Little Feet cannot hasten the effect, but it can freeze it or restore a shrunken thing to full size, and that reversal is instant and forceful, a normal-sized pen returning with enough violence to pierce a hand. It also freely resizes Formaggio and itself on command, the change happening at once, which lets him creep around unseen and dodge attacks, at the cost of being fragile while tiny.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Little Feet is the Stand of the assassin Formaggio in Vento Aureo. It slowly shrinks any person or object it slashes with its long, blade like index finger.
Formaggio, a member of the hit squad La Squadra Esecuzioni, is Little Feet's sole user.
Little Feet's own teammates dismiss it as worthless, and its raw combat stats are unremarkable aside from speed and durability. Even so, Formaggio's clever use of its shrinking power against Narancia Ghirga nearly won him the fight.
A target slashed by Little Feet shrinks steadily over time along with their clothing and belongings, and even their own Stand's power fades as they get smaller.
Yes, Formaggio can instantly restore a shrunken person or object to full size, and the reversal happens with enough force to be dangerous, as when a normal sized pen returned violently enough to pierce a hand.
