Planet Waves is the Stand handed to Viviano Westwood by Whitesnake in Stone Ocean. Though it never fights hand to hand, it turns the sky into a weapon, pulling meteoroids down onto anyone near its user with searing, silent force.
Planet Waves carries a humanoid frame laced with a muscle-fiber pattern, topped by a head shaped like a human heart fitted with metallic apparatus. Across the colored manga and the anime it stays mostly red. It is never shown trading blows in person, so its raw physical capacity is unclear, yet its command over falling rock makes confronting it in the open exceptionally risky.
The Stand hauls distant meteoroids down out of space so they strike anyone or anything gathered around its user. The small rocks plunge toward the target with such speed that they can rip chunks from a body and give no warning sound until they land, arriving at gaps of anywhere from minutes to seconds apart. As they tear through the atmosphere they blaze up to three thousand degrees Celsius, adding fire to their impact.
To shield Westwood himself, any meteor bound to hit him disintegrates just before contact no matter what unfolds during its fall. That safeguard can be turned against him, though, by placing an object in the rock's path so it soaks up the descent and then drives the full weight into him. While most of the summoned stones are small, the Stand can also draw down larger meteors capable of punching through solid barriers like brick walls.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....

Planet Waves is the sole Stand of Viviano Westwood, a prison guard in Stone Ocean who receives it from Whitesnake.
As the meteoroids summoned by Planet Waves tear through the atmosphere, they heat up to as much as three thousand degrees Celsius, adding fire to the force of their impact.
Yes, any meteor on a path to hit Viviano Westwood disintegrates just before contact, though that safeguard can be exploited by placing an object in the rock's path to absorb the fall and redirect the impact into him.
Planet Waves takes its name from the Bob Dylan album of the same title, following the series' habit of naming Stands after music.
