Talking Head is Tiziano's Stand from Vento Aureo, a tongue-sized puppet named after the New-Wave band. It carries no punch of its own, yet it turns conversation into a weapon by clamping onto a victim's tongue and forcing their every word into a falsehood.
Barely larger than a human tongue, Talking Head reads as a half-formed humanoid whose upper body gives way to a segmented tail where legs should be. A ridged plate sits above that tail, echoing the horizontal grooves of its eyes, and pale stripes run in threes across each shoulder. Its head is grossly oversized, fitted with full lips and mechanical segmented eyes but no nose at all. Three tendrils reach out from the skull to fasten onto a tongue, flanked by a pair of little horns, a look Araki traced back to squid limbs and an alien infant. An earlier version resembled little more than a severed head trailing a spine, though every later appearance settles on the final form. Colored art renders it a fleshy red.
The Stand is a frail remote unit with no fighting capacity, its statistics sitting near the floor for both speed and force. Its value lies elsewhere: it makes a chosen target incapable of telling the truth, handing Tiziano a lever over anyone he questions. Harm done to it never rebounds on him, which is why he failed to notice when Narancia tore the thing off his own tongue. To work, it first has to grip the victim's tongue. From then on every attempt to communicate, whether spoken, written, or gestured, comes out false, and Tiziano can either compel the target to speak up or clamp them into silence. He may also flip the effect off at a chosen moment, letting a sudden burst of honesty serve his manipulation. Targets remain fully conscious that they are being forced to lie, and a sharp observer can sometimes read the distress and sense that something is off. Beyond the lying, it seizes and stretches the victim's tongue outright, which it used to run bathroom taps as a lure for Team Bucciarati before wrenching Narancia's own knife loose and cutting him.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
