It has no legs, only heavy arms, and it moves by walking on its hands, each ending in four large, metallic, segmented fingers. Four jointed tentacles dangle from its waist where legs would otherwise be. Araki had first meant to draw a lower body and then decided against it. A faint mist drifts off the Stand, though whether that haze ties into its power is left unclear. Its palette changes across the manga, game, and anime, shifting through purples and blues while keeping its unsettling, eye-covered profile.

The Stand's defining power is forced aging, and its potential to sweep a crowd into decrepitude makes it one of the deadliest to appear in the arc, hazardous to allies as much as enemies. It drives any living thing, plants, fruit, animals, humans, even Prosciutto, to age in both body and mind at a runaway pace. He can deploy it two ways: flooding a broad area indiscriminately, which endangers his own companions, or channeling it precisely by seizing a target, in which case the decay outruns any reaction. As it works, mist pours from the Stand, though its link to the effect stays uncertain.

Victims wrinkle, shed teeth, watch the ends of their limbs begin to rot, and feel their bones and joints shrink, while nearby fruit and flowers dry out. The mind ages too, dulling and drifting into elderly habits, though the degree varies; Narancia grew senile and sluggish while Giorno kept enough wit to work out how the aging functioned. Crucially the power does not truly advance a life; it merely reshapes a victim into an aged version of themselves, so an affected infant would wrinkle and lose hair rather than mature into an adult.

Prosciutto himself is normally spared and stays young within its reach, yet he can switch the aging onto his own body at will, once passing himself off to Mista as a harmless old man.

Prosciutto of La Squadra Esecuzioni wields the Stand, using it aboard a train to hunt Team Bucciarati. Narancia Ghirga, Giorno Giovanna, and others fell under its withering effect during that clash. Its aging power stands as the mirror opposite of Sethan, and both its strength and its weakness nod to how prosciutto ham is cured, aged in the cold and spoiled by heat.
