Aisho Dainenjiyama

Slim and standing somewhere below average height, Aisho favors an unusual getup. A tight black bodysuit, cut open at the chest, forms the base, worn with belted khaki shorts and what look like layered sleeves knotted at his throat.

More sleeves are wound about his head, and strands of hair escape through gaps in the wrapping.

Anxiety governs Aisho, who stays jumpy and suspicious and blows minor things, like a flock of park birds, wildly out of proportion. Threats he cannot see unnerve him most, and severe stress can drop him into flashbacks of old trauma.

He also handles his rock physiology poorly, sometimes staying asleep for a month at a stretch. That vulnerability, paired with his gullibility, once let a lover betray him, cheating on him and selling his house out from under his sleeping stone form. Recurring heartbeat effects around him, and the pills he takes, hint at a heart ailment as well.

Like all Rock Humans, Aisho began without a name before adopting his identity and taking work as a guard at Morioh's baseball stadium, all while moonlighting as a Locacaca dealer. Years earlier he had confided his secret sleeping condition to a girlfriend he trusted, only to wake and find his home being torn down; his friend Yotsuyu Yagiyama explained that she had stolen his land deed and vanished with the profits. At the stadium Yotsuyu designed, Aisho smuggled the fruit in from Port Moresby, and was once spotted in rock form by Yoshikage Kira and Josefumi Kujo, who quietly stole a Locacaca branch from him.

Later, Yasuho Hirose traces his deliveries back to the stadium, and using Tsurugi's origami the two shadow him, watching a fruit regrow an old man's leg while blinding him in equivalent exchange. Realizing he is being followed, Aisho unleashes Doobie Wah!, a Stand that spawns homing miniature tornadoes able to slice flesh and nearly impossible to dodge without holding one's breath.

As it hunts the pair, he closes in, but Tsurugi's Paper Moon King warps his perception so that an oncoming bus appears to him as Jobin Higashikata. Interrogating the illusion, Aisho realizes the truth too late and is struck by the bus, his body bursting into rock scattered across the road.
