Andre Boom Boom

Andre looks to be in his early twenties, his face marked by neat, aligned rows of freckles and framed by unkempt hair. He dresses in a spotted shirt bearing a target over the chest, matched with a cap that has a pair of bow ties fixed to it, and wears a plain vest over the top.

Andre likes to show off a party trick of flattening his nostrils and tucking a whole ear into its own canal, bragging about it to his younger brother L. A. Like the rest of his family he is greedy and murderous, gladly killing rivals for the prize money, though he shows a shade more cunning than L. A. He is also noted to indulge in erotic asphyxiation.

Andre and his kin came into their shared Stand, Tomb of the Boom, while prospecting for mines in the Devil's Palm. His portion, Tomb of the Boom 2, magnetizes anything his blood touches, and the family's single Stand across three users was the first to work that way. During the race's opening stage the Boom Booms killed three racers, drawing the notice of the sheriff and of bounty hunter Mountain Tim, himself a competitor, and they took a contract from an unknown party in the Kingdom of Naples to kill Gyro Zeppeli.

Andre struck first in the second stage. After letting a venomous lizard bite him, he approached Gyro and Johnny asking for fire to treat the wound, faked his own healing, and played dead to lure Gyro into touching his bloodied knife. With Gyro turned into a human magnet, the family charged in on horseback, but Gyro recovered fast and used his Steel Balls to hurl rocks that punched a large hole through Andre's stomach.

He did not die at once, mentioning that he was blacking out from blood loss, and is never seen again. After his father's death he is presumed to have succumbed to his wounds while L. A. was left with dwindling water.
