Devo the Cursed is a dreaded Native American shaman turned assassin who works for DIO in Stardust Crusaders. He corners Polnareff inside a Singapore hotel room, fighting through his Stand Ebony Devil, which grows deadlier from every wound Devo willingly lets his enemies inflict.
Devo is a tall, muscular Native American with long dark hair, and scars cover nearly every inch of his face and body. Those wounds are self-inflicted in a sense, since he lets foes strike him to feed both his rage and his Stand.
He dresses in a long coat with the sleeves ripped away and no shirt beneath, gloves running almost the full length of his forearms, blue jeans, and boots.
Polnareff first writes Devo off as a fool for hiding in a fridge and leaving the drinks stacked outside, but the sloppiness is a ruse designed to bait an attack. Devo is deeply sadomasochistic, soaking up blows with delight while plotting savage deaths for his targets.
Once he strikes through his puppet, a more twisted, sadistic streak surfaces, yet he turns craven the moment a fight goes against him.
Long before joining DIO, Devo had a worldwide reputation as a hired killer for the criminal underworld. Avdol, who had crossed paths with him, explains that Devo's trademark is baiting a target into striking first, and that nobody who ever witnessed his Stand survived to describe it, which is how the curse legend around him grew.
Getting to Singapore ahead of the others, Devo tucked himself inside the refrigerator in Polnareff's hotel room. Noticing the drinks moved out of it, Polnareff flushed him out; Devo then triggered Ebony Devil and took the opening strike from Silver Chariot, forfeiting his left eye. Screaming in pain, he secretly slipped his Stand into a doll, feigned a fatal fall from the balcony, and hid in a lower-floor bathroom stall to work his curse from afar. Ebony Devil pinned Polnareff beneath a bed to blind Silver Chariot, but a shattered mirror let Polnareff see and counterattack, ripping the Stand and its doll apart and killing Devo.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
