Donovan is a minor antagonist in Battle Tendency, a Nazi special forces operative dispatched to capture Joseph Joestar in the Mexican desert. He boasts of his talent for torture, only for Joseph to turn the tables on him within moments.
Donovan is a fit, mature man with dark hair combed straight back. A patch of differently shaded skin surrounds his eyes, spreading wide across his hairline and narrowing toward the bridge of his nose. He wears a sleeveless officer's uniform.
A cruel and lethal soldier, Donovan presents himself as a self-assured fighter with a specialty in torture, bragging that he can bleed Joseph into unconsciousness without killing him and that no torment would ever loosen his own tongue. The bravado proves hollow, since Joseph has him spilling details about the Nazi base only minutes after starting to work on him.
As a member of the German special forces, Donovan is trained for tracking and moves with uncanny stealth, treading so lightly that he leaves no prints in the sand and claiming he can creep up on wild bats. His agility lets him perch atop a cactus on the flat of a knife, and that knife is wrapped in a material that can unwind to lash like a whip.
He first strikes at Joseph Joestar in the Mexican desert, dropping down beneath a floating cape before revealing that the Nazis sent him to shadow Joseph and gather intelligence on Straizo. He seizes the early advantage, but Joseph channels the Ripple through a cactus to fire its needles at him, then jams a compass into his eye until he admits that Speedwagon is still alive. When Donovan tries to flee, Joseph runs him down and leaves him lashed to a cactus with a mocking note addressed to Hitler.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
