The Eleven Men are an unnamed band of minor antagonists in Steel Ball Run. Serving Funny Valentine, these eleven Stand users share the single Stand Tatoo You! and hunt Johnny Joestar and Gyro Zeppeli during the fifth stage of the race.
Every one of the eleven wears a matching kit: a flat-brimmed cowboy hat, a range coat, and a belt fitted with a holster. Most of them also carry a pattern of tiny writing scattered through their hair and facial hair, giving the impression of a printed page.
Their inner lives go largely unexplored, though they move with an eerie coordination, acting as one. They are also merciless killers, stalking Gyro and Johnny with cold patience and thinking nothing of raising their own dead comrades as shields once the fighting breaks out.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Funny Valentine hires the eleven after Sandman's defeat, and they trail Gyro Zeppeli and Johnny Joestar as skilled riders and gunmen. The group follows the pair, who are rushing to spend the fortune won from Sugar Mountain, into a bar, where a shootout soon erupts. The men come close to cornering and finishing their targets, but many die at the hands of the other gamblers, whom Gyro pays several million dollars to turn on them.
Their shared Stand, Tatoo You!, lets them treat one another's bodies as portals, merging and relocating themselves at will. On leaving the bar, Johnny watches Gyro begin fusing into the tree that once imprisoned Sugar Mountain, a curse Gyro can only escape by surrendering the last corpse part. Johnny clings to the relic anyway and sees his friend consumed. It is then that the sole surviving member strikes a bargain, trading a wine bottle for the ears and right arm the two had recovered, before riding off, still wary of a trick, to deliver the pieces to the President. Ten of the eleven perish, leaving one alive.
