Fujiko Fujiyama

Fujiko has dark hair and wears glasses, and she dresses in a T-shirt printed with comic-book panels. True to her trade, she keeps a pencil and a sketch board with her wherever she goes, the board slung across her shoulders.

Reserved by nature, Fujiko draws all her energy from her art, harboring an all-consuming fixation on erotic subjects in particular. Praise lights her up: when Jolyne compliments her work, she turns instantly smitten and eagerly asks to sketch her.

Born in Japan around 1987 and raised in the United States, Fujiko let her obsession with drawing rule her life. After a landlord scolded her for wasting time on it, she stabbed him, a crime that landed her in Green Dolphin Street Prison. Inside, she began selling her sketches to other inmates for cash.

Her fortunes shift when Whitesnake hands her a Stand disc holding Bad Romance, a power that lets her sway the mental state of anyone who possesses one of her drawings. From then on, buyers of her art keep returning, too aroused to part with it. The scheme unravels once Pucci discovers her sketching devotional images of Jolyne; fearing such art might strengthen his enemy, he reclaims the Bad Romance disc.
