Heaven Attained DIO

This DIO is robed in flowing white, a matching cape and gold-trimmed chaps over golden kneepads and boots, his belt and cuffs stamped with a 'D' and with his own name. A pale tank top sits under an Egyptian-style neckpiece across his chest, his hair has grown far longer, and his skin carries a faint purple cast reminiscent of Star Platinum. A golden star sits on his brow, and ceremonial markings spelling 'DIO' trail down his cheeks, echoing the patterns Enrico Pucci gained upon creating Made in Heaven.

Having remade an entire world in his image, this DIO carries the serene arrogance of a being who considers himself an actual god. He compels humanity to worship him, savors his own supremacy, and stays composed and patient even as the Joestars resist, growing merely irritated rather than rattled. He can be magnanimous in a self-serving way, offering a defeated foe forgiveness in exchange for eternal loyalty, yet he answers refusal with instant, absolute erasure. Only when his invincibility finally cracks does his composure give way to disbelief and mounting desperation.

Heaven Attained DIO hails from a timeline where Stardust Crusaders closed with the entire Joestar bloodline wiped out. With the family dead, DIO fulfilled his old ambition of obtaining heaven, collecting the 36 required sinner souls alongside Enrico Pucci and evolving his Stand into The World Over Heaven, which lets him overwrite reality itself with its fists so long as his hands stay intact. He conquered his own world, then seized on a chance to extend that conquest: when Funny Valentine dimension-hopped into his reality fleeing Johnny's infinite Spin, DIO freed him from the Spin and learned of the Saint's Corpse and the wider multiverse.

Armed with the Corpse's Spine, DIO began traveling between dimensions, resurrecting his old followers and brainwashing new ones to hunt the Joestars. He let his minions fall one by one, drew the heroes into his realm, and easily overcame Gold Experience Requiem and Tusk ACT4, though Jotaro escaped with a Corpse part. After exposing and killing the treacherous Valentine and losing Pucci to Jotaro and Jolyne, DIO faced the Joestars in Cairo, repeatedly negating their attacks while stalling to charge his Stand's power. He unleashed it to slaughter the assembled heroes and absorb their souls, but his own ascension had, without his intent, triggered Star Platinum's own evolution.

Reborn as Star Platinum Over Heaven, Jotaro turned the tables, and DIO's undoing mirrored his original death. A stray strike shattered the original timeline's bracelets against his own, and since no two identical objects can share one dimension, the collision destroyed his arms and stripped his power before Jotaro's final punch broke him apart, souls pouring out. His death spawned a new, peaceful timeline in which no Joestar or ally ever died.
