Nicknamed Leaky-eye Luca, this low-level Passione soldier opens Vento Aureo by shaking down Giorno Giovanna for a mafia cut. His own attack backfires against Gold Experience, leaving him comatose and soon dead, which sets Bruno Bucciarati on Giorno's trail.
Luca is a slim young man of ordinary height. His tan hair sweeps down over his forehead in two pointed wedges, and an old knife wound has left a small horizontal scar beneath his right eye, which weeps constantly and forces him to keep dabbing at it with a handkerchief, the habit behind his nickname.
He favors narrow dark trousers, a low-cut dark top, and a tan coat patterned with pale flowers. A shovel is his weapon of choice, its metal stamped with the letters S.P.Q.R., a nod to the ancient Roman Republic.
However pitiful he might look, Luca is a cruel piece of work. He leans on Giorno for cash and refuses to accept that the boy truly has none. Narancia Ghirga later recalls him as a generally nasty man who peddled drugs to children.
He turns up trailing Giorno, demanding a share of the money the newcomer supposedly makes fleecing tourists. When Giorno insists his pockets are empty, Luca raises his shovel and orders him to smash a frog, actually Koichi Hirose's luggage transformed by Gold Experience. Giorno declines again, so Luca strikes the frog himself, only for the blow to rebound and dent his own skull in the exact shape of the tool. He never wakes, slipping into critical condition.
That version proves to be a lie. Bucciarati explains that the Boss saw no reason to keep the wounded man breathing, so he finishes Luca off himself, then repurposes the corpse's fingers and eyeball as props to unnerve Giorno during his interrogation.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
