Nukesaku

Nukesaku is a small, chalk-pale male vampire with a mane of long, matted hair, and the rear of his skull holds a second, feminine face above breasts on his back that a breastplate keeps hidden whenever he takes his true shape. For dress he layers a dark jumpsuit under a mismatched vest, adding boots, a loincloth, rings looped over his wrists and ankles, plus an animal-print cap. When disguised as a woman he swaps this for plain earrings, a modest dress, and a fashionable belt, and the rear face with its hair faintly recalls Yukako Yamagishi.

Nukesaku nurses a deep inferiority complex, since DIO's other minions sneer at his powers and shut him out of every fight. Once they fall, he seizes the moment to show his worth against Jotaro Kujo and the crusaders, only to fumble it through careless handling of his own dislocated parts. Even while herding the group up toward DIO's tower, he clings to the sinister hope that his master will use the chance to crush the Joestars, and he is stunned when DIO instead betrays, humiliates, and kills him, proving that even DIO deemed his gifts worthless.

Long dismissed as dead weight by DIO's circle for having no Stand, Nukesaku is saddled with the mocking title "The Idiot," and the guards who remain warn they will kill him should he butt into their fights. It is only once the last defenders fall, among them Telence T. D'Arby, Kenny G., and Vanilla Ice, that he glimpses an opening.

He plays the part of a helpless woman said to be trapped inside the mansion, hoping to lure the crusaders close, but Star Platinum answers with a fist to his face. Jotaro spells out his error: when he clasped his hands, he neglected that his thumbs faced the wrong way. Marched ahead to guide the group toward DIO's coffin, he assumes his master will ambush them, yet on raising the lid he discovers himself sliced apart within it, thrown away by DIO as useless.

Being a vampire, Nukesaku can unhinge and shuffle his body parts, a knack he combines with the extra face to sell the woman disguise, though he curiously lacks the raw superhuman might that most of his kind wield.
