Alongside Koichi, one of the two deuteragonists of Diamond is Unbreakable. Introduced as a foe, Okuyasu swiftly becomes Josuke's loyal best friend and fights beside him against Morioh's dangerous Stand users. He is Keicho Nijimura's younger brother and wields the space-erasing Stand The Hand.
Okuyasu is a tall youth of solid, athletic build. Two thin curved lines trace across his face near the inner corners of his eyes, and he wears his dark hair in a flat-top with slicked-back sides, two lightning-shaped strands trailing at the back.
His heavily customized school uniform, a double-breasted jacket, carries metallic gold ornaments: a yen mark on one collar point, a dollar sign on the other, a larger dollar sign at the chest, the kanji for one hundred million printed on his right arm, and the word BILLION mirroring it on the left. Two slack belts sag above wide-legged trousers, and the anime adds white piping to the jacket.
Impulsive, loud, and quick to violence, Okuyasu nonetheless carries a genuinely good heart. Childish is perhaps the single word that fits him best; his feelings run to extremes, swinging from elation to sobbing to fury, and he acts on gut instinct far more often than he stops to think. Years of leaning on his brother Keicho, who both sheltered and belittled him, left him poor at making his own decisions, a weakness that enemies exploit more than once, though he is painfully self-aware about it.
He is endlessly curious about anything new, foul-mouthed, and prone to swinging at people who annoy him, yet fiercely protective of his friends and family. He looks after his mutated father, mourns those he loses, and shows a surer moral compass than his temper suggests, even admitting his brother's crimes deserved to catch up with him. He also gripes constantly about being single, guards his savings closely, and famously favors honeyed curry over anything spicy.
Okuyasu's Stand, The Hand, scrapes chosen space out of existence and stitches the surrounding space back together, letting him gouge away matter or drag distant objects and enemies to him in an instant. Its raw power far outstrips his own sharpness, and in his very first brawl he knocks himself cold by teleporting flowerpots into his face. With time, though, he learns to wield the erasure cleverly, blinking across a fight to catch opponents off guard.
He grew up poor but content with Keicho, their mother, and their father, until his mother's death and his father's slow corruption into a deformed creature under DIO's spores when Okuyasu was only four. The brothers used the Bow and Arrow to gain Stands and to seek someone able to end their father's suffering, and it was in that search that they shot Koichi, drawing Josuke into a clash. Beaten by his own carelessness and then caught in Keicho's own Stand, Okuyasu is healed by Josuke, which baffles and deeply moves him. After Red Hot Chili Pepper kills Keicho and steals the Arrow, he is left grieving, then befriends Josuke and Koichi and enrolls at their school.
Across the part he savors Tonio Trussardi's restorative cooking, chases revenge on his brother's killer Akira Otoishi, and finally decks the man on pure instinct to see him arrested. He nearly burns alive under Rohan Kishibe's Heaven's Door before Josuke saves him, and he takes the death of his friend Shigekiyo hard, vowing to bring down the killer Yoshikage Kira. During the final battle he is mortally wounded, and in a dream Keicho asks where he wants to go; his choice to return to Morioh pulls him back from death with Crazy Diamond's aid, and he rejoins the fight as the group corners Kira at last. He appears at the very end to bid the ghost Reimi Sugimoto farewell.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
