Pork Pie Hat Kid is a small, unsettling assassin serving President Funny Valentine during the Steel Ball Run race. Sent into the desert to seize the Saint's Corpse fragments carried by Johnny Joestar and Gyro Zeppeli, he fights with Wired, a Stand of hook-tipped cables launched from within his mouth.
Slight and short of stature, this young killer keeps his shaved scalp concealed beneath a covering of bamboo. His face breaks from the usual handsome mold of the series: the jaw juts out at a wide, sharp angle, the teeth stay perpetually bared, and the eyes carry unusually broad black pupils.
His outfit pairs a sleeveless top, laced open along the spine, with vertical rows of studs down the chest and legs, feathered shoulders, and a short skirt resembling a tutu. Leaf-decorated bands sit at each wrist.
The workings of Wired have reshaped his mouth. Two hook-shaped hollows line his tongue, while a pair of wheels set at the base of his jaw let the Stand's cables spool in and out.
Erratic and faintly deranged, the Kid seems to have almost no grasp of ordinary behavior. He will swallow nearly anything within reach, gulping down a pen's ink because he enjoys the taste, draining a full coffee pot, and even musing over whether his own shattered teeth might be edible. Rather than opening a bag, he beats it with a stone to learn what is inside. Like the rest of Valentine's hired hands, he feels no reluctance about hurting or killing whoever he is set upon.
Because his Stand nests inside his mouth, his words come out garbled, and he mangles Johnny's name, which deepens the impression of someone slow and broken. What drives him is a hunger for advancement and recognition; he wants to be called clever and unbeatable, a wish that betrays how keenly he feels the contempt of others.
For all his oddities, he proves a shrewd fighter. He keeps his real goal of securing the Corpse in view, studies each turn of a battle, and lays traps. At one point he dangles Gyro as bait, correctly guessing that Johnny will break cover to rescue him, and he even loosens Slow Dancer near Johnny to exploit the horse's pull toward its rider and expose the man in hiding.
Little is recorded about his earlier life, though he clearly worked under Funny Valentine's administration before the race began, since his stated reason for chasing the racers is to climb higher within that government. Following Fritz von Stroheim's botched attempt on the heroes, Valentine reaches him by train and commands him to move against Gyro and Johnny. Before setting off, he snatches a falling coffee pot with Wired to spare Valentine a spill caused by Lucy Steel.
He opens his hunt by hauling Gyro away with his Stand and making off with the pair's horses and baggage, searching for a specific object. Johnny works out that their pursuer is not racing for the finish line but hunting the mummified hand that lodged in his body during the earlier clash with the Boom Boom Family. Turning feathers and insects into bait, the Kid fires hooks capable of hoisting a horse, and Johnny is soon caught. Just as he prepares to surrender the relic, a creature bursts from the hand and awakens his power to shoot his own fingernails.
Guided by Gyro, Johnny pins down the assassin's location and appears to win, only for Gyro himself to be converted into bait, forcing Johnny to hand over the Corpse. The Kid bolts with his prize, but Gyro has quietly worked the Spin into the relic's nails, and that turns the fight against him. Valentine's other aides later find his broken body and conclude he will not recover, leaving it unclear whether he dies or is merely finished as a fighter; he is treated as retired.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
