Urban Guerrilla

In his combat guise, Urban Guerrilla is a powerfully built Rock Human who wears little, sporting bracers over his forearms and vented trousers fitted with metal knee guards. An elaborate hood encloses his head, complete with a breathing device fixed to his mouth and goggles trimmed with six-pronged lashes and a wiper over the left lens, and while masked he drools without pause. Passing among people, he instead takes the form of an ordinary uniformed physician, a buzz-cut adult in glasses whose perpetually clenched, bared teeth and misaligned, outward-drifting eyes lend him a distinctly unwell air.

Feral in manner, he grunts and growls as he speaks and coldly ranks his targets into a killing order according to how dangerous each one is. Frustration brings out a savage streak, and he threatens to take his time tearing Rai apart, yet he remains methodical and shrewd, studying his foes and taking precautions before he strikes. He holds humanity in contempt and dreams of the day Rock Humans rise above it through the new strain of the Locacaca, though he still praises Josuke as a marvel of biology on account of his fusion with Yoshikage Kira. His cover as a hospital doctor implies he was clever enough to earn the credential.

His Stand, Brain Storm, is a colony shaped like interlocking burr puzzles that he launches from his hands to melt the flesh of anything it touches, boring holes through its victims. Traveling underground on his pet Rock Animal, Doremifasolati Do, he trails Rai Mamezuku, and the pursuit sweeps up Josuke and Yasuho after they meet the appraiser aboard a bus. The trio flees onto open pavement to slow their burrowing hunter, but Urban catches them at their supposed refuge, wounding Rai and seizing Yasuho until Rai's Doggy Style drives a blade into his shoulder and forces him back.

Growing more enraged, he settles on a killing order and traps Rai atop a ski-lift pole, explaining that the Locacaca was never about money or long life but about transforming Rock Humans into something greater, only for Rai to fire a fork into his eye socket. He then turns on Josuke, sending Brain Storm into his face and gloating over the slow breakdown of a body fused with Kira. His confidence proves fatal: Rai wrings fuel-soaked ribbons into the underground hollow where Urban and his mount lurk, and a dropped lighter ignites it, blasting both the Rock Human and Doremifasolati Do to pieces.
