The fifteenth episode of Stardust Crusaders, and the forty-first of the anime, mixes grotesque comedy with a tense standoff as Enya's mist Stand seizes control of Polnareff. Adapting chapters 157 through the first half of 160, it hands Jotaro the decisive move against Justice.
Enya scrambles to conceal Hol Horse's body from Polnareff so the others stay unaware, barely containing her fury as he cheerfully praises her hospitality. Hol Horse, still clinging to life, warns Polnareff of an incoming attack as Enya turns Justice's fog on the town's dead residents, marching them like zombies. Fleeing into a bathroom, Polnareff is ambushed through the door's keyhole, and Justice takes hold of his tongue.
Forced to lick the toilet in degrading fashion, Polnareff becomes the butt of Enya's cruelty until Jotaro arrives, already suspicious of the old woman. He exposes her when she addresses him by his true name, a slip given that the group had all signed the hotel register under aliases. Enya manages to cut Jotaro's leg, but he defeats Justice's misty body by having Star Platinum breathe it all in, suffocating her until she faints. The town is revealed to have been a graveyard the whole time. Jotaro proposes bringing Enya along to extract information about DIO, while Hol Horse steals their car and slips away, urging the group to kill her while they still have the chance.
Enya hides Hol Horse's body and animates the town's corpses with Justice, then seizes Polnareff's tongue through a keyhole and humiliates him. Jotaro sees through her disguise when she uses his real name despite the group's fake hotel signatures, and though wounded, he defeats Justice by inhaling its fog with Star Platinum. The village is exposed as a cemetery, and Jotaro decides to keep Enya alive for intel on DIO while Hol Horse flees with their car.
Shinichi Inotsume wrote the episode, with Hirofumi Ogura returning on storyboard, and it aired on July 12, 2014, adapting chapter 157 through the first half of chapter 160. Its opening is STAND PROUD and its ending is Walk Like an Egyptian. Paired with the previous installment, it leans into comedy under Ogura's direction, and small additions include a marionette-styled shot of Justice controlling Polnareff and extra names glimpsed in the hotel guestbook.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Jotaro grows suspicious of Enya and catches her using his real name, even though the Joestar Group had all signed the hotel register under fake aliases, exposing her as the enemy Stand user.
Jotaro defeats Justice by having Star Platinum inhale the Stand's misty body entirely, suffocating Enya until she loses consciousness, despite being wounded on the leg during the fight.
Enya's Stand Justice seizes Polnareff's tongue through a bathroom keyhole and forces him to lick a toilet, humiliating him before Jotaro arrives and turns the fight around.
Rather than killing her, Jotaro proposes bringing the defeated Enya along with the group so they can extract information about DIO from her.
Hol Horse, having survived Enya's earlier attack, steals the Joestar Group's car and flees, urging them to kill Enya while they still have the chance.
