Khnum's Oingo and Thoth's Boingo

As the Joestar Group reaches Aswan to admit the wounded Kakyoin and Avdol to a hospital, the brothers Oingo and Boingo set their sights on wiping the group out for DIO. Their Stands make an unusual pair: Khnum lets Oingo remold his own face into anyone's, while Tohth prints out the near future in the panels of a children's comic. Consulting Tohth, Boingo learns the book foretells that Jotaro, Joseph, and Polnareff will drink poisoned tea, so the brothers commandeer a cafe just as the three men wander in. Even Joseph's caution cannot stop fate from seating them and putting cups to their lips, but at the crucial moment Iggy snatches a customer's dessert and causes an uproar, making the trio spit out their drinks and dash after the dog. The first plot collapses.

Rattled, Oingo and Boingo turn to Tohth again and pocket some cash by robbing a passerby. The comic's next prophecy shows Jotaro falling victim to a bomb concealed in an orange, so Oingo breaks into the group's car to plant it. Surprised by Joseph and Polnareff's return, he hides by taking Jotaro's face and climbs in with them, at which point both brothers realize that while wearing that disguise, Oingo himself may be the "Jotaro" the bomb is fated to hit. Joseph and Polnareff, noticing their companion acting oddly, put him through an ordeal that includes forcing "Jotaro" to swallow five lit cigarettes while drinking juice. Oingo bolts from the car and rushes toward a rock to change his face in cover, but Polnareff, whom Oingo had earlier talked out of eating the fruit, tosses the bomb-laden orange away. Oingo steps on it and is caught in the blast, still bearing Jotaro's features. Boingo reunites with him and pledges to finish the mission, only for the man they mugged to reappear with hired thugs. When Jotaro rejoins his companions, the three watch Oingo and Boingo being hauled into the hospital after a beating.

Oingo and Boingo target the Joestar Group for DIO using Khnum's face-changing and Tohth's prophetic comic. Their first attempt, a poisoned-tea ambush, fails when Iggy's dessert theft scatters the trio. Their bomb-in-an-orange scheme backfires when a disguised Oingo realizes he may be the target and is tormented by Joseph and Polnareff. Polnareff discards the orange, Oingo steps on it and is caught in the explosion, and the brothers end up hospitalized after the man they robbed returns with thugs.

Written by Kazuyuki Fudeyasu with storyboard by Naokatsu Tsuda, the episode aired on January 23, 2015, and covers the final pages of chapter 189 through chapter 192 as the third entry of the Egypt arc. Boingo's comic-book Stand was recreated on screen by colorizing the original manga illustrations, and the whole episode rests on voice acting rather than action, backed by a deliberately cartoonish score. In place of the usual ending, a special theme, Akuyaku Kyōsōkyoku ~Oingo and Boingo~, was used.
