Poncle, the studio behind Vampire Survivors, develops Rumble: Survivaton for publisher Shueisha Games. Shueisha and Poncle unveiled the project during a Nintendo Direct on June 9, 2026, showing the cast rendered in Poncle's signature pixel art. The game is planned for Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC through Steam sometime in 2026.

Gameplay

Survivaton bills itself as a survivors royale title, blending Poncle's auto battler roots with competitive multiplayer. Up to eight players, or one alone, fight waves of cursed spirits while automatic attacks fire off as players focus on movement and positioning. Defeating enemies earns points, and reaching 100 points grants a Rule Addition that disrupts rivals, echoing the manga's Culling Game. Each match ends with the top two players facing off in a final one on one duel, and players gain EXP to level up and pick skills that combine into stronger builds.

Characters and Abilities

The roster draws on more than 20 characters from Jujutsu Kaisen, each unlocked by meeting specific in game conditions. Matches can include boss encounters drawn from the series' cursed spirits. Signature techniques such as Domain Expansion and Black Flash appear as unlockable abilities that players can aim directly at nearby rivals.
