Appearance
Nigai has dark skin and wears dark-brown dreadlocks that fall to his shoulders. His outfit is the usual Kumogakure kit with its collar turned up, and he ties his forehead protector bandanna-style.
Personality
By nature Nigai is measured and careful, the sort who urges restraint, as he does when he begs the Fourth Raikage to shrug off their enemies' jeers. Yet his devotion to Kumogakure runs hot, and in the end that same loyalty makes him break and lash out when the mockery finds its mark.
History
Nigai could channel Lightning Release to unleash a sweeping, wide-area strike. His end came during a covert operation to lift a forbidden technique from the Sugi Village, undertaken with the Fourth Raikage and Karai. The three were ambushed by the Nokizaru Group, mercenaries paid to recover the stolen scroll. Nigai first urged his companions to let the taunting slide, but when the band jeered that the Raikage was running away, he wheeled around to confront them, triggered his technique, ballooned to a massive size, and burst apart.
