Appearance
She takes the shape of a tiny, fairy-like being who drifts through the air, ringed by a light-blue glow, and is a match for Super Sailor Uranus in every other respect. Since the manga runs in monochrome, that glow reads only as a wide circle around her with its color unseen, whereas Crystal picks out the light-blue along her outline.
Personality
She is a facet of the Sailor Guardian she belongs to, part of Haruka just as her Sailor Crystal is. Her role runs to counsel and coordination, standing with her princess at the moment of awakening and during the shared defense of the solar system.

History
In the Dream chapters she appears in Elysion when Super Sailor Moon first draws out the Holy Moon Chalice and the solar system soldiers slip into their princess forms. Floating before Princess Uranus, the spirit tells her to feed power from Miranda Castle into the chalice, lifting Usagi to Eternal Sailor Moon and letting Haruka's Uranus Crystal Power, Make Up unlock Eternal Sailor Uranus for the first time; she then vanishes once the castle is called upon. In the Stars arc, as Shadow Galactica presses its assault on Earth, Haruka joins Setsuna and Michiru in withdrawing to their castles to raise a shield and gather information. Guardian Uranus is taken to be with Eternal Sailor Uranus at Miranda Castle, though never shown. When Sailor Galaxia reaches Charon Castle and severs their transmission, the spirit is destroyed together with her princess.
