Kamui Woods grows his weapons out of his own skin. Arbor sends timber sprouting from anywhere on his body and stretches it across city blocks, which serves equally well for pinning a villain in place, lifting civilians clear of danger, or swinging himself between rooftops.
Called Jumoku in Japanese, this long-range Transformation Quirk belongs to Shinji Nishiya, the Pro Hero Kamui Woods. It has been present since the very first chapter and the very first episode.
Wood is both product and instrument here. The holder grows it and steers it, and it can emerge from any part of him rather than a fixed limb.
Tendrils push out through his skin and travel a long way once they do. Because they can originate anywhere on his frame and every one of them answers to him fully, he can work several problems at the same moment instead of committing to one.
The material sets the limit. Timber burns, so anything built on flame or explosion cuts straight through what he grows and leaves the Quirk with little answer.
Kamui Woods is the only known holder, and restraint plus rescue are where he spends the Quirk. Both amount to the same motion, wrapping wooden tendrils around a body: villains get locked down where they stand, while civilians and allies get carried out of danger, which matters most when casualties come in numbers.
Getting around is the other constant use. He anchors an elongated tendril to a building or similar height and swings himself through the air on it, which covers both travel and dodging.
His signature is Lacquered Chain Prison, in which wood erupts from one arm and coils around a target until they cannot move, working much like a set of restraints. Characters in the series, Kamui Woods included, have noted how closely Arbor resembles Vines, since both come down to controlling a particular kind of plant.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Arbor belongs to Shinji Nishiya, the Pro Hero known as Kamui Woods.
Kamui Woods's Quirk is Arbor, a long range Transformation ability that lets him grow wooden tendrils from any part of his body to restrain villains, rescue civilians, and swing across the city.
Kamui Woods's signature technique is Lacquered Chain Prison, in which wood erupts from his arm and coils around a target until they cannot move.
Arbor's biggest weakness is fire, since the wood it produces burns easily and Quirks built on flame or explosion cut through it with little resistance.
Arbor closely resembles Vines, since both Quirks come down to controlling a particular kind of plant.
