Bat

Written Kōmori in Japanese, this close-range Mutant Quirk belongs to Batto Yobayakawa and originates in the Vigilantes side of the franchise. Chapter 7 introduces it and Episode 4 adapts it.

Its holder wears the animal openly. Membranes stretch along the arms as wings, the teeth come in as fangs, the ears taper, and the rest of the build follows suit.

Two capabilities have been observed: sprinting at high speed and flight. Both carry an asterisk, since every recorded use came with Trigger already active in his system, leaving the Quirk's unaided ceiling unknown.

The Villain Factory later remade him as a Next-Level Villain, reworking his body and feeding the Quirk still more Trigger. His frame turned thoroughly bat-like and his physical baseline rose to match. Scent became a tracking tool able to follow a trail across long distances, his flight speed climbed enormously, and fresh strength let him snatch a person up in his claws and carry them into the air.

Batto Yobayakawa is the sole known holder. He appears first as an Instant Villain, a Trigger user running on a chemical high, and returns later in his rebuilt Next-Level Villain form after the Villain Factory finishes with him.
