Clones lets Ectoplasm bring up a glowing fluid and mold it into duplicates of himself, thirty at a time, or thirty-six when his mood is good. The copies share his mind, speak with his voice, and shatter under one solid hit. Sheer numbers make him both a dangerous fighter and a thorough teacher.
An Emitter Quirk with long-range reach, Clones belongs to the U.A. teacher Ectoplasm. It works by expelling a viscous substance from the mouth and shaping that substance into duplicates of himself. The Quirk debuts in Chapter 61 and in Episode 13.
Thirty copies is the standard ceiling, rising to thirty-six on a good day, formed from what looks like a glowing fluid. The advantage in numbers lets the duplicates handle a fair count of enemies or swamp a smaller group outright, and Ectoplasm dismisses them whenever he no longer needs them.
Mind is shared across the whole set. Whatever a duplicate witnesses registers with the original even at considerable distance, and since each one can talk, Ectoplasm holds conversations through them. Fragility is the trade-off, as a single strong blow destroys a copy.
He can pour the same material into one enormous duplicate instead, though that choice locks out the smaller ones. The giant version pins people against or inside its body so they cannot move. His Ultimate Move, Giant Bite Detention, follows from this: the huge copy clamps down on an opponent in a bite, a technique he first turns on Tsuyu Asui and Fumikage Tokoyami when the two of them sit their final exam.
Ectoplasm alone uses Clones. The Quirk suits any job calling for many bodies, which places him among the most effective instructors at U.A., since the copies let him attend to students one at a time. He also runs surveillance with it, sending duplicates out to patrol wide stretches of ground.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
The Clones Quirk belongs to Ectoplasm, a teacher at U.A. High School in My Hero Academia.
Ectoplasm can typically create up to thirty duplicates of himself at once, rising to thirty six on a particularly good day.
Ectoplasm's clones are fragile and shatter after taking a single solid hit, though they share his mind and can speak with his voice while they last.
Ectoplasm's Ultimate Move is Giant Bite Detention, in which he forms one enormous clone that bites down on and traps an opponent.
Ectoplasm's Clones Quirk lets him create many duplicates of himself, so he can supervise or instruct multiple students individually at once, and also use the clones for patrol and surveillance.
