Overview
Fast Fist, romanized as Sokuken, is the close-range Emitter Quirk belonging to the Pro Hero Blackbelt. It originates in Chapter 20 of My Hero Academia: Team-Up Missions.
Mechanics
The power drives the hands, at minimum, to extraordinary speed, enough for as many as a hundred blows inside less than a second.
How far the control and range actually extend has not been made clear, though the effect seems confined to the arms and hands. Blackbelt covers ground at an ordinary running pace when hurrying to a crime scene, which suggests his legs draw no benefit from it.

Blackbelt is the sole known wielder. His signature application is to batter away near a pressure point over and over until one of the blows finally connects with it, which knocks the target out on the spot. The barrage happens so quickly that an observer watching with the naked eye sees nothing more than a single chopping motion.
