Glide and Slide is the Emitter-type ability that all Three Sturm und Drang Brothers share, letting them skate across the ground with nothing on their feet. It is the first power in the series that several people appear to have been born with, and its holders being triplets carries implications for how Quirks pass down.
Glide and Slide is a close-range Emitter power original to Vigilantes, held by every one of the Sturm und Drang triplets. Its interest lies partly in the mobility it grants and partly in the genetics behind it, since it marks the first time the series shows multiple people apparently born with the same ability.
It should not be confused with the near-identically named Slide and Glide, which belongs to Koichi Haimawari.
Holders travel along the ground as though wearing roller skates, working up momentum through the same swaying gestures a skater would use. The result is speed well past what an ordinary person manages on foot, though no top figure has ever been recorded.
Koichi Haimawari's Slide and Glide is a separate and faster power; he caught up to the brothers and overtook them without much difficulty. The two also differ in what they demand, since this version appears to need only one foot touching whatever surface is being crossed.
The Three Sturm und Drang Brothers are the only known holders, and their signature techniques serve petty theft rather than combat. Slipstream Strip runs as a three-man relay: the first flips up a girl's skirt, the second removes the underwear beneath, and the third puts it on. Hyper Tornado Strip refines the routine, taking several garments in a single pass and widening the targets to men's boxers as well as women's panties.
Their case matters on genetic grounds. The three share a family line and are implied to be triplets, which raises the possibility that a shared womb means a shared Quirk. They are not, however, the first people shown to hold the same power.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
The similarly named Slide and Glide is actually a separate, faster ability belonging to Koichi Haimawari, not Glide and Slide. Glide and Slide itself is an Emitter Quirk shared by the Three Sturm und Drang Brothers in the Vigilantes spinoff, letting them skate barefoot across the ground using swaying, skater-like motions.
The Three Sturm und Drang Brothers, who are implied to be triplets, all share the Glide and Slide Quirk in the My Hero Academia Vigilantes spinoff.
Users of Glide and Slide travel across the ground as though wearing roller skates, building momentum through swaying motions similar to a skater, and reach speeds well beyond normal running speed, though no top speed has ever been recorded.
The brothers use Glide and Slide to perform Slipstream Strip, a three-man relay theft technique, and its refined version Hyper Tornado Strip, which takes several garments in a single pass.
Glide and Slide is notable as the first Quirk in the series apparently shared by multiple people born with it at once, since the Three Sturm und Drang Brothers are implied to be triplets who all carry the same ability.
