CharacterHoming is the marksman Quirk carried by the Pro Hero Snipe. Rather than steering his aim, it steers the bullet: anything he fires will hunt down a target he has marked with his eyes, provided that target stands within six hundred meters of him.
Overview
Snipe holds this Emitter Quirk, which first appears in Chapter 20 of the manga and Episode 13 of the anime. It turns ordinary projectiles into pursuers, sparing him the guesswork that usually decides a long shot.
Mechanics
The user marks anything currently in their line of sight, so long as the distance stays inside six hundred meters. From that moment, whatever they let fly tracks the mark instead of traveling straight.
Two limits blunt the payoff. Which part of the body the shot finally strikes is out of the user's hands, and the strikes themselves land without much force behind them.
