Written as Settō, Larceny is a target-based Emitter Quirk belonging to Toya Setsuno. Chapter 140 marks its debut, with Episode 71 covering it in the anime.
Mechanics
Anything in a target's possession can be pulled away and delivered instantly into the user's grip. The reach extends past ordinary equipment to constructs other Quirks have produced, which leaves anyone relying on a weapon at a standing disadvantage, armed police included.
Two constraints apply. Size matters, and objects past a certain bulk simply cannot be taken away. Sight matters more, since whatever falls outside his field of vision is untouchable. Blind him and he is left with nothing to defend himself.
