Magnetism

Magnetism was an Emitter Quirk with a stated reach of 4.5 meters, belonging to Kenji Hikiishi. Its manga debut came in Chapter 75, and the anime introduced it in Episode 41.

Anyone standing inside the 4.5 meter bubble around the owner could be made magnetic on command, either the whole body or just a chosen section. Polarity followed sex: males took the south charge, females the north, rendered in the anime as a blue glow and a red glow respectively. Two affected targets then either rushed together or shoved apart depending on how their charges lined up.

The field had firm boundaries. Kenji was never subject to her own power, and anyone standing beyond the 4.5 meter mark went untouched.

Kenji Hikiishi, known as Magne, used the ability for attack and for support alike. Pairing with two allies who shared her sex, she could apply the charge and fire one of them off like a projectile. Ordinary magnetism worked alongside it too, since she carried an oversized magnet that pulled on anyone she had already charged.

Her named Ultimate Move, Moonlight Flit Cannon, magnetized a pair who shared a gender so the two shoved apart, launching whichever one she was not holding away at tremendous speed. All For One later applied Forced Quirk Activation to her unconscious body, dragging the male members of the League of Villains toward Himiko Toga so a Warp Gate could carry them off.
