Papyrus is a close range Mutant type Quirk belonging to Salaam, introduced in My Hero Academia: World Heroes' Mission. It flattens the holder's body down to the thinness of papyrus sheeting.
Mechanics
In that state Salaam can stretch and fold his arms, something he demonstrated while pitching in on Japan's reconstruction. The flattened form also lets him squeeze through tight openings and ride air currents at considerable speed. The obvious flaw is mold: damp, humid environments leave the user vulnerable to it.
