Kiruka Hasaki fights with her hair. Slice hardens and sharpens every strand into blades, needles, shields, even stilts, and the needles fly hard enough to blow apart a fishing boat. Chemistry is her weak spot, since the strands stay vulnerable to anything corrosive.
Slice is the transformation Quirk carried by Kiruka Hasaki, a villain original to the film My Hero Academia: Heroes: Rising. It is rated for mid-range work.
Every strand of the user's hair becomes a weapon. It can be moved freely, made rigid, and given a cutting edge. Kiruka swings it as blades and launches single strands like needles, driven with enough force and velocity to punch through fishing boats and set them off.
The same hair covers her defense, raised as a shield or used to parry an incoming strike, and it carries her around as well when she walks on thick locks like stilts.
Kiruka Hasaki is the only known user. Hardening the hair does not alter its chemistry, so corrosive material still ruins it, something Mina Ashido proved by eating through the strands with Acid Shot. Length feeds directly into how well Kiruka fights, and once Mina melted much of it away she was reduced to firing what remained as needles. The Quirk covers ground similar to Hair Control.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Slice is the transformation Quirk used by the villain Kiruka Hasaki, introduced in the film My Hero Academia: Heroes: Rising. It turns every strand of her hair into a sharpened, controllable weapon.
Kiruka Hasaki is the only known user of the Slice Quirk.
Hardening her hair with Slice does not change its chemistry, so corrosive attacks still damage it. Mina Ashido proved this by eating through Kiruka's hair with her Acid Shot Quirk.
Using Slice, Kiruka Hasaki can turn her hair into blades and needles for attacking, form it into a shield or parry for defense, and even use thick locks as stilts to walk on.
The Slice Quirk appears in My Hero Academia: Heroes: Rising, where Kiruka Hasaki uses it as one of the film's original villains.
