Mechanics
Large volumes of pink smoke pour out through openings in the user's body, building a screen dense enough to bury his movements from anyone watching. An antenna on his head offers a second delivery method, shooting a thick burst directly at an opponent to throw them off.
The cloud does more than blind. Anyone who gets close enough finds their eyes irritated by it, which hands the Robber Villain an edge in a scramble at short range.
