Appearance
An afro swallows most of his upper head. He stands tall and dark-skinned, with a sharp nose, thick lips, and facial hair.
He robs in a fringed blazer and long pants, held by a belt marked with a twinkle symbol, and each of his high-heeled shoes carries a single spike.
Personality
Little of him has been established, though greed plainly drives the pair: hauling the stolen jewelry away mattered more to them than trading blows with heroes. Arrogance is in there too. He paused to grin the moment he believed his Quirk had settled matters with Katsuki Bakugo, who finished him seconds later.
History
Working with an unnamed burglary ring, the Bomb Villain teamed with the Gale Villain to rob a jewelry store during the events of World Heroes' Mission. The job put him in front of Katsuki Bakugo and Shoto Todoroki, and his exchange with Katsuki ended quickly and badly. He was arrested.
Fire Cracker, his Quirk, lets him tear chunks out of his own hair and detonate them the way firecrackers go off. The clumps can be thrown like grenades or fired in short bursts to push him along faster. Buildings fall to the blasts, yet the Quirk was reckoned inferior to Explosion, the comparable power Katsuki wields.
