Boomerang Villain

Dark purple runs through his outfit, a jacket with the sleeves ripped away over matching pants, worn with a white T-shirt and a belt. Black boots and knee pads cover the lower half, and the grey guards on his arms carry the boomerangs he fights with.

Hostility comes easily. He threatened the civilians sheltering there and attacked several of them, and greed motivates him no less than his partners, given how much food the three stripped from people with none to spare. Courage is another matter: Deku's arrival visibly frightened him.

A prison break engineered by All For One put this villain back on the street, and You're Next finds him stripping food and supplies from a shelter with the Truck Jailbreaker and the Bouncy Jailbreaker. He drove civilians back from a truck already packed with loot, and once his partner merged into the vehicle by Quirk, the other two rode its roof as it pulled away. Two civilians tried to intervene; one fell to the Bouncy Jailbreaker, one to his own Quirk. He then set off an explosion elsewhere.

Deku closed the distance on Float and Air Force, earning the label of jailbreaker hunter. Blackwhip snagged the Truck Jailbreaker and stopped him dead. Thrown explosives missed, and when Danger Sense flagged the boomerangs curving back, Deku kicked them into their owner. A left hook answered the Bouncing Jailbreaker. Blackwhip then hauled the fleeing driver skyward for a St. Louis Smash that split him from the truck, and the last runner was pinned by Cellophane's Tape after Tailman opened with Tornado Tail Dance. Uravity made the arrest, ending the robbery.

His Quirk has no name on record. What is known is that his boomerangs behave like ordinary ones until he triggers it, whereupon they glow purple and detonate.
