Clair Voyance

A visor holding two broad blue-tinted lenses sits over Clair's bright blue eyes. Her blonde hair falls straight, interrupted by a brown patch growing out from the roots, and she is built with pronounced curves.

Her suit is royal blue and close-fitting, opened wide at the chest where a high-collared white shirt fills the gap, with a dark magenta zipper running down the front. Both short sleeves carry the World Heroes Association logo. Black boots reach her thighs, traced by that same magenta line, and a brown holster on her right thigh holds her pulse gun.

Clair is composed, serious, and steady under pressure. She helps where help is needed without being asked twice, briefing Shoto Todoroki on the car chase he had missed and then working alongside him to break Izuku Midoriya's coded message. She is sharp with it: realizing the text was encoded at all was her doing.

Days after Humarise set off a Trigger Bomb inside a city and killed thousands, the World Heroes Association mounted a coordinated raid on every branch the organization had. Clair joined the Otheon task force under Endeavor, assigned to the team hunting the bombs while a second team went after Humarise's leader, Flect Turn. Once Endeavor had cleared the entrance she swept the building with Voyance, which grants x-ray sight that passes through any object within view, though never through living things, and runs longer whenever she restricts what she is looking at, squinting through a gap between her fingers for instance. She found nothing: no bombs, no Flect Turn. Every other raid worldwide came up equally empty, and the task forces were ordered to hold position in their assigned countries.

Back at the team's hotel, Clair cut into Endeavor's dressing-down of Shoto and Katsuki Bakugo with the news breaking on television: Izuku had been accused of murdering twelve people and was now on Otheon's most wanted list. She later brought Shoto photographs of the car that had exploded on the bridge, identifying a Quirk attack and naming the driver as Alan Kay, a Humarise scientist who had defected and survived the crash in a coma. When Izuku's encrypted message told Shoto where to go, Clair let him and Katsuki leave and passed everything he had worked out along to his father.

Humarise then seized global communications to announce Trigger Bombs planted in twenty-five named cities, Otheon among them, timed to detonate in under two hours, a lure meant to concentrate heroes into a trap. Clair took her sidekick into the air and searched the panicking city until she located the bomb concealed in a semi truck parked outside Otheon Tower. She called it in, and Humarise agents posted to guard the weapon jumped her mid-report. In the pitched battle that followed she and Burnin laid down covering fire while Endeavor seized the bomb and rode his own Hellflame as high into the sky as he could manage. Izuku and the other interns defused every device and brought Flect Turn down, and the surviving Humarise members were arrested.
