Appearance

A dark suit and a dark cap account for most of what can be seen of him. The Underground Masquerade enforces a dress code, so a domino mask covers his face, though it leaves his pronounced cheekbones and a mustache hanging in two tendrils on show. His hair is gathered back in a long, Chinese-style ponytail.

The whole design is built as a joke on Bruce Lee. They share a surname, the fighting attire echoes Kato, the role Lee played in The Green Hornet, and the name of his Quirk points at Enter the Dragon.

Abilities

Dragon Breath converts alcohol into flame. Once he has swallowed a drink, he can expel fire from his mouth, a technique that puts him at medium range in a fight.

His equipment feeds that directly. Two gourds joined by a string hang on him, holding the fuel his Quirk needs, and he can swing the pair as a weapon when the situation calls for it.

History

He is a minor figure in My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, an underground fighter who entered the Underground Masquerade, and his appearances run across chapters 86 and 87.
