The Gale Villain robs a jewelry store alongside the Bomb Villain in My Hero Academia: World Heroes' Mission. His Quirk, Gale Gale, wraps him in spinning wind that turns aside attacks and lifts him off the ground, and it leaves exactly one part of him uncovered.
A huge, long pompadour is the first thing anyone notices about the Gale Villain. The rest of him looks rough: heavy eyebrows, sideburns, facial hair left untended. He wears a coat in white and red with a horned skull on its left side, a gold chain at his throat, long trousers, and shoes fitted with a pair of spikes each.
Little of his character is spelled out beyond greed, which he shares with his partner. The two of them cared more about getting the stolen jewelry away than about trading blows with heroes. A streak of arrogance surfaced during his brief clash with Shoto Todoroki, where he bragged about his Quirk once it turned Shoto's flames aside, only to be knocked out by an ice wall while his attention was elsewhere.
Gale Gale lets him whirl the air around his body into a spinning shell. It carries him aloft and deflects incoming attacks, Shoto's fire included. The shell does not extend over his head, which leaves that his weak spot. For the heist he carried a silver briefcase roomy enough to hold a large haul of jewels and gems.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
