Glutton God

Bulk defines him: a large, notably obese man in a dark overall with the kanji for Glutton God printed across it, finished with boots. A mask seals off everything above the nose, broken by one hole that lets a magenta Mohawk push through.

Little of him is documented beyond the essentials. He bullies and abuses people, and the lawless stretch the country is enduring delights him precisely because it lets him do as he pleases. His villain name is not decorative either; the appetite is real, and looting food stalls is among the first things he gets around to.

Japan's hero society is deep in crisis. The clash with the Paranormal Liberation Front has just ended, inmates have poured out of six prisons, and too few heroes remain on the streets to hold back a swelling villain population.

Glutton God reads the moment and marches his gang into a shopping district to claim it. Best Jeanist happens to be driving nearby, and he decides to take the villain and his underlings in. Glutton God attacks him and gets nowhere; Fiber Master dismantles the entire gang without difficulty. After a citizen explains the situation, Best Jeanist arranges for sidekicks to be posted in the neighborhood against further criminals.

His unnamed Quirk produces a yellow gelatinous substance from his arms, which he throws in portions at his targets. It lands hard enough to snap wooden signs.
