Fourth in the line that carries One For All, Hikage Shinomori spent eighteen years alone in the wilderness feeding the Quirk power he knew he would never live to spend. He is the wielder who understood early that beating All For One was not his job, only preparing the person who eventually would.
Beige hair, cropped short, swept back off the top of his forehead, framed a lean build and a pair of narrow green eyes that tipped downward at the outer corners. Accelerated aging left its own mark on him: two fissures resembling scars ran from the left of his brow all the way to his jaw.
His clothing was loose and layered. A dark bodysuit, its trouser legs ripped off around the shins, was cinched by a broad sage belt with matching knee coverings, and over it sat a puffy jacket cut short across the upper chest with the right sleeve detached from the shoulder. The anime inverts those colors, giving him a white suit under a dark green jacket.
Courage and self-knowledge defined him in equal measure. Hikage meant to see All For One destroyed, but he grasped that the task exceeded him personally, so he spent his years building his body and stockpiling the Quirk for whoever inherited it next. Daigoro Banjo simply called him a weirdo, a man who wanted solitude above company, and the isolation is implied to trace back to a Quirk that never let him lower his guard.
That reading of Izuku Midoriya came later. Watching the ninth holder, Hikage judged that the accumulated Quirks had finally let the boy chase the thing he had wanted all along, which was to save everyone as a genuine hero.
How far his power actually reached was never measured, though a vestige of One For All can be assumed formidable, and he was plainly not formidable enough to end All For One. Handling the Quirk's recoil demanded a body to match it, so training in isolation gave him a heavily muscled frame strong enough to split large boulders clean in two. His reflexes were sharp enough to slip Blackwhip repeatedly, despite Daigoro's considerable skill with it.
Danger Sense was the Quirk he was born with. It flagged approaching threats across the area around him and bought him the time to answer them, and by Izuku's account each detection lands as a stabbing jolt in the user's skull.
One For All reached him from Bruce, the third holder. The stockpiled power lifted his strength, speed, agility and durability past human limits, and he added eighteen years of his own to it before passing it on. Only All Might's forty-year tenure ran longer. He also stands apart as the sole previous holder whose life All For One did not take, and the only one absent when All For One finally fell, his vestige having been stolen away by Tomura Shigaraki.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Hikage Shinomori is the fourth user of One For All. After training in isolation for eighteen years and passing the Quirk on to Daigoro Banjo, he eventually died; he is the only previous holder whose life All For One did not personally take, and the only one absent when All For One finally fell, since Tomura Shigaraki had stolen away his vestige.
Hikage Shinomori's innate Quirk was Danger Sense, which flagged approaching threats and gave him time to react. He later also carried One For All as its fourth wielder.
Hikage Shinomori received One For All from Bruce, the Quirk's third holder, and carried it for eighteen years, the longest tenure of any wielder besides All Might, before passing it on.
Hikage Shinomori is the fourth wielder of One For All, inheriting it from Bruce and eventually passing it on to Daigoro Banjo.
Hikage Shinomori spent eighteen years in solitude building a body strong enough to split large boulders, training so he could safely hold One For All's power for whoever would inherit it next, since he knew defeating All For One was beyond him personally.
