Horse Man

Black hair falls from his head in a heavy sweep that reads as a horse's mane, sitting above brown skin. His street clothes are unremarkable: denim in blue, a tank top in white with a black jacket thrown over it, and wristbands in green. A tattoo marks his left shoulder.

His unnamed Quirk is what gives him the horse features. Whether it grants anything beyond the look, such as an actual horse's physical traits, has never been established.

Volume and menace are his whole approach. While he and his partner worked over a pair of young women, he turned on the onlookers and shouted them off rather than let anyone linger.

In Naruhata, he and the Rhino Man cornered two girls they had bumped into and demanded money, the Horse Man claiming the collision had broken his arm. When bystanders drifted over, he scared them off with a shout, and Rhino Man told the girls that nothing in the backstreets brings the police or heroes running. One of them disagreed, and called for the Crawler.

Koichi Haimawari duly arrived, delighted that someone had used his chosen name. The thugs swung at him and hit nothing while he narrated his own good mood, until Kazuho Haneyama told him to stop daydreaming mid-fight. He kept slipping their attacks to applause from passers-by, then dropped into Slap Style and opened up with repulsion blasts, finishing with Double Shooty-Go-Blam. Neither man went down, and Rhino Man had hold of Koichi's hoodie when help arrived: Ikajiro Takobe pinned the Horse Man while Kirihito Kamachi handled his partner. The two introduced themselves as Hopper's Cafe employees, Teruo Unagisawa handed out pamphlets, and Kirihito laid out the alternative to a police cell. Dishwashing paid 650 yen an hour with lunch provided. The cafe had two new hires.

He surfaces again during the Naruhata Lockdown, standing with Emperor Yotsuura, Willy Wanda, Tommy S. Gordon and his old partner Rhino Man among the reformed villains cheering the Crawler on as he fought Number 6 in Destruction Style.
